Daily Attendance Sheet window
Purpose
Use this window to establish report criteria and generate the Daily Attendance Sheet report.
To access this window
Select Daily Attendance Sheet on the Report Catalog window - Scheduling tab and click Run.

Options for organizing the report
|
Select Instructor or Area to generate an attendance report for each instructor or area. |
| Date |
Enter the date for which you want to print attendance. To quickly enter today's date, press T on your keyboard. To quickly back-date or forward-date by one day, use the Hyphen key (-) and Equal key (=) on your keyboard (alternatively, use the Minus Sign and Plus Sign keys on your keyboard number pad). To quickly back-date or forward-date by one month, use the Page Up and Page Down keys on your keyboard. This box supports F6 functionality; the Choose Date window opens. |
| Instructor | Select an instructor for whom you want to generate a report. All Instructors is selected by default. This box displays when you select the Instructor option above. |
| Location | Select a location for which you want to generate a report. All Locations is selected by default. This box displays when you select the Instructor option above. |
| Area | Select an area for which you want to generate the report. All Areas is selected by default. This box displays when you select the Area option above. |

Print Student Rate & Balance |
Select this check box to print the rate charged to the student for the class and the balance owed to the instructor. This is selected by default. |

Include Absent Students |
Select this check box to include students who were marked absent on the report. If this check box is cleared, only students who attended class are included on the report. |
| Print Phone Numbers | Select this check box to include student phone numbers on the report. This is selected by default. |
Buttons

Accepts your changes to the window and displays the Select Output Destination window where you can generate your report. |

Cancels your changes and returns to the Report Catalog window. |
